See, I told you. Im feeling motivated... I got 14,001 steps at day 5. Wohooo! We jogged at corniche, started from Souq Waqif underground park, 2 rounds at new Souq Waqif park, cross the road, then jogged/walked at Corniche promenade, from Banana Island Port to Balhambar Restaurant.

At last I hit the target of 10k steps. I got 10,214 steps for day 4. #feelingmotivated!

We moved on to location 3: Mt. Fuji! Happy Hiking!

Pretty Fit 100 Days Challenge - Day 3

Its Friday. We spent half of the day at church. We got home around 3 pm. We supposed to jog at Corniche but it is still hot so we planned to do it at 6 or 7pm. Khitz slept... and so do I. We woke up at 10:30 pm! No chance to make any activity anymore so I just got 6,432 steps on Friday. That's quite disappointing, isn't it?

Well, I guessed its not just us. We didnt unlocked the location 3 at day 3.

I've got 9,146 steps. Still below with 10k target per day. But it is still good. Let's just say that I'm still in adjustment period! lolz!

Fast Fact: Yokohama has two museums dedicated to noodles. The Shinyokohama Raumen Museum is for the more culinary empowered foodie who loves ramen noodels, but if you dont have a lot of time, the Cupnoodles Museum can be done in two minutes.

What's good in this race is we are virtually travelling different destinations. We will unlock each location depends on the cumulative steps that our team earned everyday. GCC will give a brief trivia about the place with a picturesque image of it.

Finally, we were able to visit the newest resort in Doha - the Banana Island.

Juice World in Dubai

At last, I visited the famous juice world in Dubai. It is located just near in Al Rigga Metro station.

I ordered their fruit salad (Dh20 for large size) and Bha ordered the OPM (Orange, pineapple and mango) (Dh20 as well for large size.

First impression? Wow. They have a great cocept. I was expecting the price would be pricey but no, their prices for all the juices are almost same in the other juice store, or even cheaper if you compare it with malls. We went there at weekday, 10pm and its still jampacked.

Very TRUE! I was once a borrower (through credit card) and its a shame... I was a SLAVE of it! But that's past, I'm freed and I learned from it. Now, I'm on my way of becoming rich... In Jesus name! :)

Stocks Outside the Box

I started investing in stocks with Trulyrich Club SAM table and using it until  now. But I have two stocks outside the box of SAM to satisfy my curiosity and to test what I have learned so far.

First is the FPH. I have this since day 1 of my account. Well, it was on SAM table before but been booted out from the list (I can't remember why). When I knew it, its too late to sell. It fell down (up to -20%!) so low but instead of selling it, I kept it and continued to buy. I'm a long term investor anyway. (choss!)

Happy New Year! I believe every one of us had a blast in 2014 and we are looking forward to be more bless and fruitful this 2015. I believe all of us had a great holiday... some went back home with their families, some went on trip and some were happy to stay and did their daily job. :)

Yes, it’s New Year which means, it’s a new beginning, new hope, new resolutions, new you! During the yearend, we recapped on what was happened to our whole year, whether we successfully achieved our set resolutions for the year or not. From there, we create another resolutions/ or recommit again with our old goals. According to Wikipedia, a new year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the western hemisphere but also found in the Eastern hemisphere, in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice. As we all know, New Year’s resolutions are seemed simple promises, but too often failed to do so, just right to the connotation about making promises… they are made to be broken.

Everyone of us wants to become rich but some people has no patient to wait and want to make it happen as soon as possible. Chances are, they take the high risk being involve in "business" that promised them to bring them to the peak of wealthiness or depend on lottery. According to what I have read and heard to the financial analyst, people who take this route end up nothing.

I think this is just right bible verse to the purpose of doing the 52 weeks money challenge. The money that being saved every week seemed small or has little amount if it is stand alone, but once the weekly savings are sum up, it will become an incredible amount! Patience to wait is really a virtue! :)

52 Weeks Money and Bible Verse Challenge Box... With LOVE!

Here it is! But i'm not alone to use this box. It'll be shared by 5! I successfully persuaded Bhabha, Minnie, Macel and Mr. P to join my journey for this challenge.

We came up with a very very good idea instead of putting all the money into this box all through out the challenge. (I'll elaborate it on separate post how we came up with this). I will keep our weekly savings here and every end of the month, we're going to buy National Bonds at AED10 per unit. (Yeah, we're here in Qatar and NB is based on Dubai, but its not a problem! :)) Every month we will have a chance to win AED1 Million, a BMW car or AED50 per minute! Plus, we could have 4% profit at the end of the challenge!

My 52 Weeks Money and Bible Verse Challenge 2015

This is it. I made a template for my 52 weeks money challenge but with a tweak! I added the bible verse. It means, every week I have to memorize one bible verse along with my allocated saving. It means at the end of this challenge, I have QAR6,890 on my box and 52 bible verses on my heart. Sweet deal right? Two birds in one stone!

I read before about the 52 Weeks Money Challenge. Its quite popular in social media groups like TGFI group in facebook - a community group that advocates financial literacy. This challenge is simple (it seemed!). You just need a jar, coin bank, or anything that you want to save your money weekly. The mechanics is you have to decide how much your start up and you have to decide how much the increment per week.
