The Best "FRIEND" on Facebook

Admit it or not, whenever you post something on Facebook, you wish someone will recognize or give attention it. You wish someone will comment or at least press the

Isn't it? (oh c'mon!)

Imagine you post something on your wall. And its like, it just passed by and left alone on your wall. No like... no comment... at all. And its kinda.. urggh.. hurt? Why? Because you have 500+ friends or even 1K and NO one even bother! Seen mode? Hahaha! Ouchy! It maybe childish, but that's the truth. Most people in FB post their pictures, what they are doing ATM, what they're eating, their travel escapades, and even their feeling! (blessed, happy, blah, frustrated! etc. etc.). The intention? They... ermmm... we... posted it not just because we want to inform, brag or share... we want to get attention! We want someone from our "friends list" to respond. Imagine no one get back to you..... SAKLAP! (Bitter! lolz!)

Happy New You! - New Years Resolution 2015

This is part of my script for being TMOD (first time) :) last night. I expanded it since there's no time limit in reading. Lolz

Happy New Year! I believe every one of us had a blast in 2014 and we are looking forward to be more bless and fruitful this 2015. I believe all of us had a great holiday... some went back home with their families, some went on trip and some were happy to stay and did their daily job. :)

Yes, it’s New Year which means, it’s a new beginning, new hope, new resolutions, new you! During the yearend, we recapped on what was happened to our whole year, whether we successfully achieved our set resolutions for the year or not. From there, we create another resolutions/ or recommit again with our old goals. According to Wikipedia, a new year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the western hemisphere but also found in the Eastern hemisphere, in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement or something slightly nice. As we all know, New Year’s resolutions are seemed simple promises, but too often failed to do so, just right to the connotation about making promises… they are made to be broken.

Ok, I'll ride with the craze... No, not the Dongyan wedding! I'll do the recap of my 2014 and take the opportunity to bring back all the glory and thanks to Almighty King whom made my 2014 fruitful!

Your Later Could be the End of Everything

Today is not so happy day.

We lost Pico. Aside from being sad because we lost her permanently, I felt a guilt because I didn't bring her to vet clinic right away when we noticed something wrong with her. Two days ago, we noticed that she's having a hard time to poop. I thought its not too serious because she's still active and playful. I just fill their water bin and told her to drink a lot.

Last night, when I was preparing to cook, our flatmates told me that she was totally different. She didn't welcome them when they came home. She's hiding herself under the dining table. She didn't move a lot and seemed like she had a flu. Because I was busy in the kitchen and it's already evening, I thought I'll (or Khitz) bring her to vet tomorrow  (today). I finished cooking at 9pm and was able to look at her condition. She was so low and really looked like she's not feeling well. I gave her a blanket thinking she's feeling cold. I was determined to bring her to vet clinic. I even asked Pinoy Animal lovers group in FB where is the nearest vet in Najma. before I sleep.

When I woke up this morning. I'm still at bed when Khitz told me that she passed away already. That's not a good wake up call. Now I'm grieving. :(

It gives me one strong message: Your LATER could be the end of everything. If I just sensitive enough and brought her to vet on the first symptom. If I just acted on it earlier than I thought I should. But I could not bring back the time. It's another experience that should not happen again. It should not happen to Luna.

Goodbye Pico.

The Blue Collar's Worth - Unsung Hero of Construction Industry

This is my toastmaster speech no. 4

Do you believe that the harder you work, the higher you get paid? When I say hard, it means literally hard to do by the physical body including the environment of the workplace. Logically, it should be, if the measurement is the amount of effort, strength and stress of our body when we do the work. But that’s not the bite of reality. It is not always physical. The best example of that is in the construction industry.
