This is it. I made a template for my 52 weeks money challenge but with a tweak! I added the bible verse. It means, every week I have to memorize one bible verse along with my allocated saving. It means at the end of this challenge, I have QAR6,890 on my box and 52 bible verses on my heart. Sweet deal right? Two birds in one stone!
You may ask why I added the bible verse on this challenge. You may think, am I serving two masters here (Matthew 6:24 - you see, I know the word but cant remember the verse, thanks to my bff) Don't get me wrong. First, money is not my master. I don't serve money, I'm just reserving it so money can serve me well in the future. :) Second, I'm not trying to embarrass myself but I have to admit that I have few verses that I remember... without looking at the bible. I don't know but since I went to college, my memorization skills (even calculation skills!) died. (Opps... I think its already off the topic, so that's it.. no further explanation). Third, the bible said, "In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success (proverbs 3:6). So I think, I can't do it successfully if I just do the normal money challenge. :)
If you would like to do the same, feel free. I'll be happy to know that!
